Apple iPod shuffle Reset 1.0 (Mac OS X)
Wow. I had always assumed I had destroyed my iPod Shuffle while jogging, because it just froze up about 5 months ago and wouldn't register in itunes. Thought I'd give this a whirl, and sure enough, 5 minutes later it is back to normal. Directions are a bit confusing, but just do what it tells you and don't worry. [alert admin]

MultiTunes 1.1 (Mac OS X)
What exactly is the benefit of this program to me? I have multiple libraries, but holding down the option key when I launch itunes lets me choose which library I want to open. The description here and the developer's site are a little vague on why using this shareware is better than using my finger. [alert admin]

OnyX 1.7.2 (Mac OS X)
I have owned this PowerBook G4 for almost 3 years now, and had never really done any serious maintenance or cleaning on it. I discovered over the weekend that I was missing about 20GBs of memory on my Hard Disk, and a friend recommended I use this to try and get it back. Running the maintenance and cleaning programs, I was able to get back almost 2GBs with almost no effort on my part. (I actually needed to use OmniDiskSweeper to find the bulk of the missing memory.) I have, however, noticed a tremendous improvement in the running speed and efficiency of my beloved PowerBook, and can definitely say that I will be using this program regularly from now on. OmniDiskSweeper 1.5 (Mac OS X)
I realized over the weekend that I was missing about 20GBs of memory on my harddrive. First I tried WhatSize, which did in fact show me that I was missing about 20GBs of memory, but couldn't show me where it was. Then I downloaded both Onyx and TigerCacheCleaner, which helped clear up about 2GBs of memory (for which I thank both of those programs as well,) but even searching for hidden files, neither could find the bulk of the missing memory.I downloaded OmniDiskSweeper with the trial license key, and withing 5 minutes it had discovered and allowed me to delete several large files that none of the other programs had even uncovered. While I was happy with all the programs I used, this one has totally saved the day. Thanks guys! [alert admin]

Just wanted to give a little update now that I've been using GimmeSomeTune for several months. It still works perfectly on my machine, and all the little tweaks the developerhas been giving it have only improved it.I have been doing a lot of work on my Mac recently, during which time I always have itunes on, and the subtle window popping up allows me to easily keep track of what's playing. A thought for future releases: I also use "Clutter" on my Mac, and I like that the currently playing song's artwork is displayed on the dock icon. This would be a cool addition to the dock icon. Also, it would be cool to have the current song title scroll across the dock icon, much like message alerts scroll across my Adium dock icon. A few more bells and whistles would earn the developer even more than the 5 stars that I already give this app. [alert admin]

I am aware that if you really feel like it, you could create templates on Photo Shop which would allow you to design CD and DVD covers with relative ease, but , as someone with very little computer design and manipulation experience, I was very happy to discover this program. I tried out the free Demo, which works absolutely fine, but quickly decided to invest in the license, because I was so happy with the ease-of-use and results. For those others of you who love music and making your own mixes, but just can't be bothered to spend hours and hours and hours doing everything from scratch, this is a great little program to help you along. Although it's a tad expensive, I am a very happy little cd maker tonight. [alert admin]

As another reviewer says, your little creation is nothing less than genius. I have been running PandoraMan through my Airfoil software into my Airport Express, connected to my stereo, and it has changed my whole music experience. If you could make a program that delivers me food 3 times a day, then I would never need leave my room again. Thank you so much. Keep up The Good work! [alert admin]

GimmeSomeTune 0.1.95 (Mac OS X)
Ok, my friends, Now that 0.19.5 is out, all the bugs I was experiencing seem to have disappeared. This program now does almost exactly what it says it will. Now that I have this running in conjunction with Clutter, JewelCase, and a nice dashboard remote control, I am very happy about the state of my Mac as a Music machine. Thanks for working hard to fix the bugs, and don't mess around too much more with a good thing. Keep rocking. [alert admin]

GimmeSomeTune 0.1.9 (Mac OS X)
So, As the developer recommended, I erased the preference file, and re-set-up/recustomized the entire system. It worked fine after that, but when I rebooted my computer today, it disappeared again. I love this program, and desperately want it back, but if I have to reconfigure it everytime I turn on my computer, we have a problem. Hope you sort it out and get 2.0 online soon. Eagerly waiting. Thanks man, I know you're doing your best. [alert admin]

Clutter 1.0b2 (Mac OS X)
I was a massive cd, tape, record, and even MD collector. When I got my mac, I was happy to finally be able to consolidate all my music into one easy system. No more drunkenly fumbling through boxes for that all-but-forgotten Iron Maiden album at 3 in the morning. But I really did find I stopped listening to albums, preferring to let shuffle take care of everything. Since I got Clutter, however, all that has changed. Would be nice if you could group albums into "folders,"perhaps by genre or artist. Other than that, this is my favorite app. [alert admin]

Can't help but wonder if you're trying to just put in a free plug for that website... I almost want to check it out just to see why you repeatedly mention it in your reviews. I get upset if the shop doesn't have my favourite brand of coffee, but I don't wander around mentioning it by name to complete strangers...

It was my Hard Disk. I really wish I could have 20GBs of RAM. Now, THAT would be a great upgrade...

As for Point 2 of your wishlist, I use the itunes visualizer "JewelCase" which shoes a very pretty version of the cd cover with all of the pertinent information. My Mac tends to be pretty much a dedicated stereo when I'm around the house, so JewelCase lets me see what's playing from anywhere in my living room.I've been using it and clutter together for the better part of a year, and love them both!

I Agree Fully with these ideas.I love Pandoraman as is, but these steps would make it even better.Another nice idea would be to Show the current song in the dock icon, much like Adium's dock icon will show who is currently in conversation with you.Keep up the great work Pandoraman!

Ok, I did what you said and erased the preference file.Restarted it and it worked fine, but when I reboot my computer it disappears again. Like your program a lot, but it's irritating to have to set it up from scratch again every time I turn on my computer. Please fix the bug and put out a 2.0 soon. Thanks man, I know you're working on it.
