A make-shift way to convert pdf to jpg using Automator
There is a make-shift way to batch convert pdf pages into jpg files by using OSX's Automator. I created a workflow that converts a multipage pdf file into individual jpg files and saves them into a folder on the Desktop.

Sente 2.1.2 (Mac OS X)
I experienced some serious problems using Sente. Apparently, Sente's not very robust when it comes to editing/deleting the in-text citations or just renaming the Word file. Sente completely mucked up the referencing for my paper twice. Definitely try it out before purchasing it (not like I did...)! [alert admin]
