Mac HelpMate 2.5 (Mac OS X)
Nothing special if you ask me. There are other tools that do the same. The company also makes Windows software and they haven't been around THAT long. The controls are a bit clunky as well. I tried to like but ended up tossing it after 5 months. :-( [alert admin]
