I requested refund and cancellation of VersionTracker Pro and received an email from TechTracker Support. Will let this page know when my Credit Card shows the refund. Seems the company is working fair and I thank them for that. I used the product and or Version Tracker for 7 years more or less. [alert admin]

Auto Charge to my Credit Card $59.95  

My credit card has been charged $59.95 for: Your VersionTracker Pro (10)/MFI Pro subscription has been renewed. In my previous Commentary you will see I received a refund because Version Tracker Pro is defunct! [Also note that on this page you appear to be "offering" VTPro for $49.95. I would like to edit my billing information on the Version Tracker page, but unfortunately after logging in to that page, my credit information is not there. Neither is much of anything else, including the ability to contact VTPro "Support" via web mail. I have placed a phone call to the phone number in the email sent to me: 877-507-TECH (8324) I have not received a return call after leaving messages. Please advise. [alert admin]

My credit card bill shows a refund of $.20. Thank you very much. My Version Track Pro stopped working and said it was invalid anymore. That is okay. [alert admin]

VersionTracker Pro 4.5.1 (Mac OS X)

VT Pro user for many years!  

My VT Pro expired. I did not renew. VTPro sent me a questionnaire and I filled it out. What the heck, I said I would buy it again. Duh! I purchased, downloaded, installed and I just keep getting a message that my account has expired! I filled out a customer report request and got the form response from VTPro. I would expect a human originated emal response in 2 to 4 hours! I used a credit card and am now wondering if I should just call and cancel this purchase. Stuff I've read here and around the web are not promising about support from this application's owners. I'm extremely disappointed, to say the least. I rated poor in all categories! What else can I do if the dang app won't even work! To the company: I can't believe you'd let this product sink to these new lows . . . [alert admin]

Web cams supported  

It says on their web page that in addition to iSight 'other supported web cams'. I searched for but couldn't find supported other web cams. Anyone know? I use several different ones [with 'macam' for Skype and iChat] successfully. tia [alert admin]

FRAUD!! -- No help - no support - no answer  

"It disappeared from the menu bar." It disappears when you quit the app. Did you go to your applications folder and start it again? [smile] There is a help document with the application. But maybe you meant it did not mention your loss of app in menu bar across top of screen. I couldn't get along without MenuCalendar*censored* iCal Edition.

Wonderful!  

Great app and I love the choices it returns to me as I 'teach' Pandora. Con: Same problem here with Safari. Every time I rate a song, it brings up a blank page/tab. Annoying, maybe the next update will get rid of that.
