MacReporter 1.1.2 (Mac OS X)
I confirm that MacReporter is plagued by a few unresolved conflicts with other docklings, menu extras or Dock related hackies. All those conflicts are due to the fact that MacReporter is a dockling. Most of the time, the symptom is a not responding dockling. Many conflicts are somehow random: we haven't been able to reproduce them, and only a few users seem to be affected (which make them more difficult to identify and fix). Don't hesitate to write us when you have an issue. Turning MacReporter into a stand alone application has been planned for a long time, that will solve all problems at once. However, the Dock menu of the applications still lacks some required support. We are waiting for Apple and constantly looking for substitute solutions. [alert admin]

Alfred 1.4 (Mac OS X)
sherman1/sam_wise: Your wishes…
have been heard. Alfred 1.4 finally provides threaded manager refreshes: the application is not blocked anymore. Contextual help (tooltips) have also been added for a better user experience. iGreg: Using ConflictCatcher as a basis to understand Alfred is not a good idea, products are completely different. Customizable rules allow advanced users to further customize the application, novice users have no need to know about them. A grayed out control means that you can't use it. I guess you were talking about system files which are protected by default. [alert admin]

MacReporter 1.1.2 (Mac OS X)
compatible with every version of Jaguar (10.2.3 at this time), so it is useless to expect an update that would fix compatibility at this time. I'm using it every day, as many many other users. If you have some trouble, please send me an e-mail at macreporter@inferiis.com and we will try to solve the problem. [alert admin]

Alfred 1.3 (Mac OS X)
that Alfred is a plug-in installer above all. So, more rules make the application more interesting. If you however prefer to have a minimum set, you can select every rules you don't like and delete all of them at the same time instead of doing it one by one. Concerning the main manager (in the rules window), if you don't like it, you can hide it. I however note your comments and I will improve those area in the future releases. [alert admin]

MacReporter 1.1 (Mac OS X)
is not official (I'm not Wilfried). I'm pretty sure Forge will be free and I guess will be available to everybody, to allow webmasters to make plug-ins for their own sites without buying MacReporter. [alert admin]

MacReporter 1.1 (Mac OS X)
to many people by mail, Inferiis is back and MacReporter has (finally) been updated. We have to apology to every user for the lack of support during the last months, but please understand we had to complete your studies. MacReporter 1.1.1 fixes many bugs and contains updated services. Wilfried is on vacation until July 24th, I'll take care of the support during this period. [alert admin]

The version is currently displayed for a few kinds of files like the applications or the screen savers. I will work on extending the support to other files is the next release.
