Apple QuickTime 6.2 (Mac OS X)
one star rating is nonsense. On top of that, he's abusive and cannot spell. Quicktime gets better and better. [alert admin]

Acquisition 0.84 (Mac OS X)
pointed out that some credible sources have indicated that this software allegedly has some characteristics that could make it be construed as spyware. Until these allegations are authoritatively refuted, I am not going to use this program. [alert admin]

Comictastic 2.0 (Mac OS X)
has nothing to do with the "minimal revenue" they get from this program... it has to do with unauthorized delivery of copyrighted material. You would "cave" too if you had a bunch of lawyers serving you cease and desist orders with threats to file suits. As for the program, it's fine, but I still like my comics the old fashioned way, in the newspaper... it's so quaint and retro, but they load really fast! [alert admin]

Apple Mac OS X 10.2.5 (Mac OS X)
update breaks ALL those 10.1 apps... It always seems something holds back OS X, now it's all slowpokes who just about demand 10.1 compatibility. Co-evolve or die. [alert admin]

did not load properly now do, but a few that used to load OK now don't, but it's probably the sites' fault. Doesn't seem to help Limewire either, but again, that could be Limewire's fault. Nothing Apple does can help Internet Explorer's near-total Java meltdown... only Microsoft can, but they probably won't. [alert admin]

Acquisition 0.8 (Mac OS X)
any luck with any version of this. People knock Limewire all the time, but at least it works and returns some valuable stuff, unlike this. P2P's days might be numbered, since development of client software seems to have really stagnated. [alert admin]

FruitMenu 3.0 (Mac OS X)
cheap." Thank you for admitting it so openly. But this begs the question, What have you paid money for? Did you get Jaguar for free, or did you buy it? Did your mom buy your computer? Oh well, here's something on topic: FruitMenu is wonderful, easy to use, extremely useful. Worth $10. [alert admin]

Meteorologist 1.2.4 (Mac OS X)
software. All software authors should be so diligent in improving and updating their stuff. I just wonder how long it will be before someone complains that Meteo doesn't have Tabs! [alert admin]

Safari Enhancer 1.4.4 (Mac OS X)
my car until Saturn adds Tabs to the dashboard. I won't watch TV until the networks add Tabs to their shows. I won't bathe again until my shower has Tabs. I will, however, use Safari and Safari Enhancer in spite of neither having Tabs. [alert admin]
