Space Penetrators 0.19 (Mac OS X)
Graphics and sound are decent, gameplay is good, controls are pretty responsive. As a big fan of old school games, this one is very enjoyable. It's held a big chunk of my freetime since I downloaded it. [alert admin]

Don't go there GURLfriend! 1.0 (Mac OS X)
I haven't bothered to use this program. Instead I used More Internet to change my help:// URI handler. Not a perfect solution, but a better one. What I'm curious about is whether or not it changes all OpenApp.scpt files on the machine. The issue doesn't exist simply with the OpenApp.scpt file within the Help Viewer app - it can be exploited for any OpenApp.scpt file that exists anywhere else. Personally, I have 245 of them on my machine. And I have tested them - they can be exploited. So if this thing only changes the Help Viewer OpenApp.scpt one, there are still 244 open security holes. If it changes all of them, then good, it's covering it better. Of course, the program would need to be re-run every time a new application is installed to ensure that any OpenApp.scpt files in there are changed as well. [alert admin]

Amazeing X 1.1.0 (Mac OS X)
Instructions are a bit lacking. Nonetheless, I'm willing to bet that you were openning up the maze files into the Map Maker program, not into Amazeing X. Map Maker lets you make mazes, Amazeing X actually plays them. Just drag and drop the maze onto Amazeing X to open in there. Once in that program, it should be obvious. You start off with Robby on the screen, the arrow keys move him around. If you want a larger window to navigate the maze, then simply enlarge it. It's a standard macintosh window with the resize widget in the lower right of the window. Click and drag to make it bigger and fill up your whole screen, if you want. [alert admin]

jSearch 1.0.4 (Mac OS X)
If you have any problems with no search sites showing up, please delete your preferences file. Quit jSearch, then go to your home directory, then Library, then Preferences and delete com.thomason.jsearch.plist. Then re-launch the program and you'll be fine.
Also, please note that the initial software launch can take a few moments as it is trying to cache the favicons from the various search sites. Depending upon the speed of your connection, this may take a while. Subsequent launches will be instantaneous, since it will have the icons cached. [alert admin]

Snow Globe X 1.0.1 (Mac OS X)
Damn. Sorry about that, everyone. 1.0.1 was improperly built (there's a bug in project builder (I haven't upgraded to 10.3 yet) and hence the background image was bundled as a framework not as a bundle resource. The graphic was a last second change, which is why I missed it while debugging. My apologies. 1.0.2 fixes the issue and properly bundles the background. [alert admin]

Fish Bowl 1.00 (Mac OS X)
Aww, c'mon. It's silly to point out the $2 and complain about it. I mean, if you don't want to pay it, don't pay it. Don't use it then either. You get 3 more fish if you register, so it's not like you don't get anything for your money. But whining about it is just silly. [alert admin]

The proper way to shake the snow globe is simply to click on it, not to actually whip it around.
