I use this for several years now, and have more than 5000 DVDs and CDs catalogued, along with 700 audio CDs and two dozen external hard drives. I have no idea how I would ever find anything without CDFinder! Now imagine my happy surprise when they added photo thumbnails with version 5, and the update was even for free!!! I would love to see better cover templates in the future, the current ones look nice, but the text isn't placed nicely within them sometimes - but at least CDFinder CAN print cover inlays for me, and I need no other tool for that... The ride to Leopard is a bit bumpy, but the excellent CDFinder tech support has helped me a great deal with it, and quickly so. The alternatives I had tried are Neometric Catalog (shiny interface, but a rather bloated database and almost no features at all) and DiskLibrary (also a shiny interface, but no printing, displaying just a single preview at a time, and horribly slow at cataloging, as well as creating a huge database), but CDFinder beats them all hands-down in any category. The manager at Apple who decided that the hierarchical menu had to go has to be fired! That was the most stupid decision in the history of Apple. Thank you so much for developing this must.have, and give it away for free!!! Of course, it could be a tad faster and quicker to respond, but I can really live with that... [alert admin]
