pagesender 3.5.2 (Mac OS X)
pagesender refuses to release its death grip on default status!
Nothing that I appear able to do will make pagesender relinquish its grasp on the coveted Default Printer status. Whenever I try to print a document, it opens up Address Book, which I have <i>never</i> found useful or desirable, even when faxing, and I always have to select my actual printer from the list. I hope this is fixed in 3.5.3! I'm about to uninstall Page Sender just to have my default printer back. [alert admin]

pagesender 3.5.2 (Mac OS X)
Help using Page Sender with 10.4.2
When attempting to use Page Sender on my 2 GHz iMac G5 running Mac OS X.4.2, I get as far as the "pagesender" printer application, which gives me the status message "Sending job to pagesender Helper" and then does nothing. The Page Sender Fax Center application does not open, the modem doesn't pick up the line, and the fax isn't visibly (or invisibly) sent. I have uninstalled and reinstalled version 3.5.2, and I have thus far been unable to figure out the problem. I have used earlier versions of Page Sender, but I am having a hard time justifying leaving this on my computer, much less paying for software that doesn't appear to work! [alert admin]

1. Suggest a category for tracks that appear to already be matched I have had to run iEatBrainz over the same general chunks of my library for a couple of reasons, and it would be REALLY nice if iEatBrainz would compare the present tags and the tags suggested by the online database, and display that they are the same and that no update is needed. 2. I kinda forgot the other one, but I figured I should put a Number 2. here so I wouldn't have to rethink the title. [alert admin]

BreakQuest 1.0.1 (Mac OS X)
Same mouse issues as previous posters
I can't even select a level to begin playing. The mouse is stuck at the center of the screen, and while I can choose a game type and etc. using the arrow keys and the Return key, I can't manage to actually get to the gameplay itself. Keep working on it, I really liked the way this looked! [alert admin]

BreakQuest 1.0 (Mac OS X)
HUGE mouse issues hinder what looks like a great game ![]()

It's mostly in the title. The game looks beautiful, the physics engine seems terrific, the powerups are inventive and fun, and the puzzles are great. Unfortunately, the mouse implementation just downright sucks. Is there a good reason that the controller can't basically use the same sensitivity as the Finder and oh, say, every other program on my Mac? Not to mention that every time you click the mouse, the pointer runs back to the center of the screen. Same issues as the previous guys. The mouse issue need BADLY to be fixed, and after that, I might consider paying $10 for a game as limited in scope as this. [alert admin]

Synergy 1.6.1 (Mac OS X)
I downloaded Synergy back in the day, and it has absolutely changed the way I use iTunes!! No more right-clicking on the dock icon; a simple keystroke and iTunes skips ahead, pauses, etc. I registered, and it all goes without a hitch. One feature request- export CD album art (automatically downloaded when available by Synergy) to iTunes! [alert admin]

I don't think that's a terribly fair rating at all. This <i>is</i> dash<i>blog</i> and not dash<i>livejournal</i> or anything like that. I don't see that dashblog is described as being able to attempt to <i>any</i> blog-type site; just blogger.com. If it didn't work with that, then I'd say you'd have a point in rating it down, but 3 stars for not doing something that it doesn't say it can do? C'mon.
