OmniGrowl 3.1 (Mac OS X)

Worth Your Time!

Very pleased with it & sent the Developer my $ to register. Preference window bug has been fixed. I love Growl and this integrates very well with it as well as with some of your more popular Mac apps. I look forward to seeing more apps working with Growl, and thus even more uses for OmniGrowl in the future! [alert admin]

PreMinder 0.6.7 (Mac OS X)

Problem Solved!

Thanks to Alec, the problem I was having was found and corrected. The back & forth feedback over the couple of days it took to find the problem was phenomenal. Alec was persistent and determined to find and correct the problem, which he did. Thank you for your effort in this and for creating this wonderful App. [alert admin]

PreMinder 0.6.7 (Mac OS X)

Great Feedback With Developer!

Just wanted to post that Alec, the developer of this great app, has been nothing short of first rate in communicating with me back and forth in trying to pin down this problem I'm having. We'll be testing it and hopefully find out what the solution is. Thank you Alec for being so responsive and helpful! [alert admin]

PreMinder 0.6.7 (Mac OS X)

Bug In 0.6.7!

Unfortunately with the release of this newest version, I keep getting my events with alarm notifications repeated over and over every minute or so. I've had to turn off the alarm function for now. I've sent the developer a bug report and will wait to hear from him. [alert admin]

PreMinder 0.6.7 (Mac OS X)

Like It A Lot!

Really enjoying learning and using this great app. One of the easiest PIM I've used. The ability to type in your notes and have the app recognize and assign clock times automatically to events and add them to your planner/scheduler is a nice feature. Also like the slider that lets you navigate to different months or custom set events a great time saver too. To top off all this goodness is the built in Growl support. I can't emphasize enough how important this is. I hope more and more developers add Growl support to their apps! Thanks for this great app and for continuing to develop it! [alert admin]

Growl 1.1.4 (Mac OS X)

Grrrreat!

Works just fine on Leopard. I'm using it more & more, with different apps. I work with multi media all day, and Growl gets me to notice things that would pass me by because of audio and video projects that I work on. I get my email right away now, and I really like the notifications I get when I hot swap different Volumes and devices. These and other uses make Growl an important addition to my daily work flow, as well as for my personal use! [alert admin]

1Password 2.6.0 (Mac OS X)

Worth The Cost To Purchase!

I was one who discovered this app through the Mac Gem's promotion and knew that eventually with a newer build, I would have to purchase it if I wanted to continue to use it. I feel it is well worth the cost for both the convenience and security that it provides along with the other features that have been reviewed by others here. The app does so much more then just store your passwords and it is well worth your time also to discover these added features. This past week, Carl Slawinsky of 1Password was interviewed on Your Mac Life and it was a very informative look into this newest version of the app. I've become to rely on 1Password and was so impressed with it that I didn't want to be without it! MLB Schedule 2.1 (Mac OS X)

Excellent!

Nice to have along side Antonio's all sports widget! Would like to have the option to resize widget so as to take up a bit less screen real estate. Thanks. [alert admin]

Damejong 3.1 (Mac OS X)

Great Game!

I was able to play the demo without any problems. It does help if you know how to play mahjong, and I mean the REAL version and not the solo tile removing games that are prevalent. It's great to finally have a real mahjong game to play on the Mac platform. I registered the game a while back and have enjoyed it immensely! Though I was able to figure out the differences in the rules of Damejong and mahjong with some internet searches and the like, I am very pleased to see that the developer listened to his/her customers and had the rules and gameplay files translated into english. Great game with a good AI engine, it was well worth the price, which worked out to be less then $15! [alert admin]

Leopaque 2.1 (Mac OS X)

Still Relevant Even After 10.5.2!

Even with the release of 10.5.2 and the option to turn off the Transparency in the Menu bar, I still use this so as to have my menu a nice, bright & legible white background. It sure beats the new dark & dingy look that Apple seems to be heading with their GUI in Leopard. Funny how things work out sometimes, for this to make the Menu bar appear white, the Translucent Menu Bar option must be checked on for this to work! I wish that Apple would give us the option to select the Aqua interface if we so choose, similar in the way that Aqua4ITunes does. Thanks for this! [alert admin]

Sludge

The point is that SHE is a Mac user. Let the folks who run Windows have the responsibility of protecting their systems and let them have to buy the bloated crap which is any Norton product. I know, I've been a Windows user for ever! I've lived on my Mac since switching over 3 years ago, but I still have PC's as they are part of my studio set up. It's my responsibility to make sure…

Well...!

Sorry, I didn't look at the requirements. As a registered user of Snood, I assumed it was for both. My bad!

I agree 100 %! I also registered Dominoes A while back and it is worth every cent that I paid! With all the different types of games that it comes with plus the great GUI, I can't see this being better.

Beta!

Yes I agree, but as you yourself replied to bnewendorp's post earlier in this thread, there is a way through the terminal to do this. I agree that Griffin's beta should do this properly, but my point for my post is that these are the kinds of issues that frequently occur with any beta, so all users should beware of things like this!
