Path Finder 5.1.0 (Mac OS X)
Unless I've missed the secret trigger, this version still cannot handle labels, forcing a return to Finder for that. [alert admin]

Path Finder 5.0 (Mac OS X)
It's always better for everyone concerned when the customer is advised BEFOREHAND that an upgrade is to be paid for. (Yes, the info is available on the developer's site but not on this site.) [alert admin]

Launch! Usage Meter 4.1 (Mac OS X)
Launch! Usage Meter sounds like the answer to a maiden's prayer. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work with Telstra/BigPond Next G Wireless. (Graham's right - BigPond's rates are atrocious.) [alert admin]

DragThing 5.6.3 (Mac OS X)
I also have used DragThing since its inception. It's hard to imagine doing without it. An extra congratulation to James on openly advising users whether or not the upgrade is free. Some other developers seem to either have overlooked this courtesy or just gone plain sneaky. Vlad [alert admin]

Nisus Writer Express 2.1.1 (Mac OS X)
I work with long documents, ie 300-500 pages. This version renders the last line of some paragraphs with an unwanted indent (see earlier reviews). Other formatting anomalies involving tabbed data have also been observed. No other word processor does this with my docs, and that includes Mellel, AppleWorks and Tex-Edit Plus. I'll stick with it, because every upgrade shows definite improvements. But, gosh, it's a long time getting there. [alert admin]

DragThing 5.6 (Mac OS X)
I've been using DT for years. Even with all the ballyhoo accompanying OSX and its Dock, the appearance of a DT clone from a well known developer, the miracle launchers (LaunchPad, Quicksilver...), DT remains a key tool in my everyday work. While I also use the Dock and Quicksilver, DragThing is my essential program for organizing the desktop. I download DT5.6 with the utmost confidence in the program and its developer. [alert admin]

Tex-Edit Plus 4.6.7 (Mac OS X)
This program is almost equal to Graphic Converter in its importance to me. Better a developer who is hyperactive than one on siesta. Inkset [alert admin]

DragThing 4.6 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
superior to anything else I've tried, including non-launching programs. [alert admin]
