Accordance 8.2.3 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
Now that Accordance has a Check for Updates feature built in to the Accordance menu, the stats on this page are no longer accurate. Most people are downloading the update directly and so are not reflected here. For example, as I write, this page shows 99 downloads of the current version, whereas our stats show total downloads of this version as around 900 in the last 24 hours. [alert admin]

Less than generous upgrade offer
No, by nominal I meant the $10 or so that we charge for new CD-ROMs when you already own the content. This version involved many hours of development, and we need to see some return on that. Like most software companies we cannot offer indefinite upgrade deals on everything. Even Apple charges the same to everyone for a system upgrade, only $129.

Program upgrades are free within a major version. We charge only for each major version and discount from the previous version. When you come to upgrade your CD-ROMs and the texts and tools you have purchased, we honor all our users, and scale the upgrade pricing depending on what you already have. Mostly it's nominal unless there are significant additional contents or other factors.
