Great performance for the price

I have used this to convert divx movies to H.264 format for my video iPod. Very good performance and no video/audio problems with the files. I have had problems trying to convert batches of files at once, but overall no real problems. When coverting an mpeg to be compatible with my RAZR, the video portion works fine, but there is no audio. I haven't figured out why that problem happens for just for these types of files.
