VersionTracker 6.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

The problem with tabs.

I won't comment on the interface because I haven't had enough time to use it, but understand this: tabs are analogous to the tabs of file folders, very useful to sorting through large amounts of information or panes of data. When you only have two tabs, "Product Info" and "Feedback", why would you store them both in two separate file folders and put them in a drawer? It's silly, and it's confusing people. Either add 6 more tabs worth of information, or use a better interface option. The tabs for "Mac OS X", "Mac OS", "Windows", etc, look great and work as they should. Applause for trying to improve the interface. We appreciate your efforts! [alert admin]

Not quite there yet.

I can see this as being mildly useful, but only in a future release. For one, there's no built-in searching mechanism, so if you don't know the latitude and longitude of your location, you aren't going to find anything. Another big problem is that it doesn't cache image data, so you'll constantly be redownloading images that you fetched just a few seconds ago. Really unacceptable for a tool interface when it is actually slower than the web-browser. Conclusion: Not worth it yet, but might be a good product in the future. [alert admin]

are getting a blue screen of death, you are not using a macintosh. Get a macintosh and then try the program again. :P [alert admin]

look awesome. The only problem I could see with it would be that there aren't enough levels to keep you entertained. GREAT concept, though! [alert admin]

Great app. My…

only request would be to have the menu text size customizable, it's a bit overbearing at lower resolutions. [alert admin]

Agree with the previous author that it would benefit from an application-specific disable list, but this app deserves five stars as it is. [alert admin]

No problems with…

this one. Theme prevew works great, app is well-designed and only has some minor graphic glitches. Compared to the other theme changers currently available, this one rocks! [alert admin]
