DynDNS Updater 2.3 (Mac OS X)
Not compatible with 10.6 Snow Leopard
Hello I worked with this software on os 10.4 and 10.5 without any problem. Now I switched to 10.6 and after every restart the daemon failed to launch and need to be reiinstall by entering the administrator password. A really dislike I always had was the Programm has no really background task. Klicking the red button your service is not working anymore. I really would like to see an background task which can only be end by an terminal command or the entering of the administrator password. Fether it has a small cosmetic feature i don't like. When I enter all the logon data of dyndns it list me all the hosts I have registrated at dyndns. This confuse very much. I only whould the the one i entered on the local machines, not all the others :-( Also a lot of potential to make it running more smoothly Gérard [alert admin]

The Idea of this software is great but when using this software you can't use other Programs. On my MacBook Pro it uses about 70-90% of the resources. I don't know if this is a prolem of Snow Leopard or if it is soooooo slowwwwwwwww on all OS X versions. Must I really switch to a virtualisation with windows running Visio. This is proberly this is faster then running concept draw on os x Regards
