iKey 2.3.2 (Mac OS X)

iKey 2.3.2 Crashes on launch

Under OS 10.5.5 on my Intel iMac iKey 2.3.2 always crashes on launch, so I cannot give a fair review, nor figure out from the Crash Log what's wrong. Emailed ScriptSoftware, but no answer yet. [alert admin]

Path Finder 4.8 (Mac OS X)

Unusable

On my Intel iMac (OS 10.4.10) PathFinder 4.8 looks beautiful, but is unusable. It crashes each time I try opening a subfolder. Crashes during several important tasks. Still can't show Spotlight comments in file list view either. [alert admin]

Apple Safari 3.0b (Mac OS X)

SAFARI 3.0 Crashes

On my Intel iMacs and MacBook, Safari 3 crashes about every 5 minutes. Makes it unusable. Others have no problems. What could my problem be? Input Managers? [alert admin]

Adobe Acrobat Pro 8.0 (Mac OS X)

Printing bug in Acrobat 8

When printing double-sided and 2-up pages in Acrobat 8, pages after the first have one side printed in 'mirror' (i.e. they can only be read by viewing them in a mirror)! [alert admin]

EndNote X (Mac OS X)

No Serial number from Digital River

If you purchase EN X online from Digital River, you will NOT be able to use it: they do not yet have serial numbers to issue with the download! Advise buying elsewhere, or wait until DR gets their act together [alert admin]

ReallyEasyReader 2.3 (Mac OS X)

Can't read pdf documents

MIght be a good idea, but it cannot read pdf documents. Says it loads, but when you try and 'read' the document, it reverts to Please Load Document. Also, the Java interface makes it very cumbersome to maneuver through the file system to find any document. [alert admin]

Missing Sync for Palm OS 5.1 (Mac OS X)

5.1 doesn't launch

Hard to judge this product since it will not launch on my Intel iMac. Tried re-installing several times, but with no luck. Given the trouble everyone is having, I'd advise avoiding this software until the developers get their act together. [alert admin]

Nothing to donwload

Indeed, Cisco's web site is a nightmare. And I too cannot download VPN 4.9, despite following the directions meticulously. Some people apparently can download it, but others (including me) cannot. Why can't VersionTracker simply post it on their server?

The link is wrong.

Wrong again: this link <http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/darwin> takes you to a page that says: Tools & Resources Software Download Mac OS X VPN Clients NOTE: There are currently no files for this type. So Cicso still hasn't gotten its act together!
