Clipboard Evolved 0.85T (Mac OS X)

Still totally worthless

I load it up, right-click on the clipboard palette, and it goes into the spinning ball of death. The application is not responding in Activity Viewer, and I have to force quit it. I will keep trying a few more times as new versions come out until I give up. I know it's new, and I will give them a chance to fix it, but so far every version has been worthless. MacBook Pro 2.6GHZ, 4GB RAM, Leopard, all updates. [alert admin]

CopyPaste Pro 1.0.9 (Mac OS X)

Still has long standing problems

It's a great start, but there's still no CMM and the icon still doesn't load on the menu bar correctly even though it says it's finally fixed in this version. It is still loading on the far left and simply can't be seen in most applications because it's the first icon to be covered up by the menus. It needs to load on the FAR RIGHT SIDE. PTH PasteBoard has this down. Why can't CopyPaste get it? I purchased when it came out because of a long wait and their previous versions. This version still has a way to go. I have been applying every update waiting for these 2 major things to be fixed. I am now now wondering if I made a mistake. PTH PasteBoard Pro was great but I really wanted the CMM function to work under OS X. I still don't have it! If they could just put the menu icon functions into a CMM, that would be a great start. If they can't, then is there anyone else out there that can? [alert admin]

CopyPaste Pro 1.0.6 (Mac OS X)

version error

If you get info of the application in the Finder, it says it's 1.0.5, but if you run it and look at "about" then it says it's 1.0.6. It still can't get the menu icon over to the right side like PTH PasteBoard Pro can. This makes it not visible in 80% of the applications. I am still waiting to see that fixed. Other than that, it's a great program. The bugs are getting squashed one by one and it is evolving. Keep up the good work and pleas fix the menu bar icon problem soon. If PTH can do it, there's obviously a way. Thanks [alert admin]

CopyPaste Pro 1.0.3 (Mac OS X)

Bad reviews on this "beta"

I understand this is a paid public beta, but it's really bad when all emails to the author to report problems are completely ignored. Don't you want the feedback during this "beta" period so you can fix it? I mean really, some of us paid money for software that is still beta. There are so many bugs an problems and we want to help to get them fixed, but you can't keep going on ignoring your loyal customers. I don't plan on giving up on this software even though it is clear that you have given up on your users. Please respond to emial and at least let us know you have the bug and you are working on it. I have been reporting a bug since 1.0 and I have never got a response and now 1.0.3 is out and it still hasn't been fixed and again, no response to my email. I PAID!!!!! [alert admin]

TextExpander 2.1.1 (Mac OS X)

Simply doesn't work.

I am switching back to Spell Catcher X. They all have problems, but this won is worse. If you type in a shortcut to expand into a form fiend n FireFox, it ALWAYS puts a space in front of the field and you have to go to the beginning on the firld and delete the space. This is irritating to say the least. It just makes it unusable. [alert admin]

PlugSuit 1.5.3 (Mac OS X)

First Mac Virus???

Warning, this thing is garbage! I have thousands and thousands or event errors in my console. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING THIS SOFTWARE! Google it and you will see other users with the same ussue and it seems very difficult to delete/uninstall. [alert admin]

AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 8.0.100a1295 (Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows 2000)

NOT Free!

This is no longer free. VT has it listed wrong. Go back to version 7.5 or use Avast. [alert admin]

Tri-BACKUP 5.0.0 (Mac OS X)

Skip it or you will be sorry!

First they take absolutely forever for an update and people who need to backup pay for another product, then when they finally have an update, they slap all of their customers in the face by charging $70.00 for buggy software that is still barely beta. The way it crashed, alpha is more like it. Use ChronoSync, Carbon Copy Cloner, or Time Machine. You won't be sorry. This company will not be around much longer with the way they absolutely rape their customers! [alert admin]

Microsoft Office 2004 11.4 (Mac OS X)

Just like microsoft!

They still haven't fixed the worst bug they have. Entourage is unusable. When you sync with Address Book and iCal, it duplicates contacts at every sync. Too bad, it looks good if it only worked. I am sticking with Apple Mail until they get smart enough to fix it. I went from 3000 contacts to 6000, then 12000, then I had to restore data and quit using it. Come on MS, I thought you hired a Mac team! Get on the ball! [alert admin]

Another beta, just what I expected from microsoft...

Entourage is pretty, but it crashes a lot, duplicates records constantly, really bad! How did it get out like this? Microsoft pay for beta! Wait for a few revisions. [alert admin]

Doesn't work

It's funny to see a computer illiterate user make a comment like this. This idiot says "they released" in his statement, yet this is not a release! This is a beta! If you don't know what the heck beta means, then you shouldn't be downloading it! Why not look up the word so you don't look like such a fool to everyone by posting something this stupid?

This review is BS

This is either a problem with the user, or his/her Mac. Maybe this reviewer is the person trying to sell the $20 a copy version that isn't nearly as good. I have used OS X Plant for a while, and it never gave me a single problem. I used it on my old PowerBook G4 1GHZ for a while before going to the new MacBook 2GHZ, so I know it works very well on both systems! Don't trust…

What's in a name?

THIS IS ONE STUPID COMMENT! Unsanity's Mighty Mouse was out LONG BEFORE Apple's hardware mouse. Unsanity is the one that could take Apple to court. Check your history!

Snapz Pro will not select an off screen frame. I have to use Snagit!

There is no Snagit. I searched VT and MacUpdate. What is it? Is it like Paparazzi?

Almost perfect.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but did you see that you can add custom fields? You can setup the default field for new records, and you can add them per record or group. I have been trying this, and it seems to work great. You can also change each fields label and type.
