Tags 2.0b3 (Mac OS X)
Now we're talking! Tags 2 now makes this, in my opinion, the premiere tagging solution. Its new interface along with its new and enhanced features make this an incredibly useful utility. [alert admin]

Yojimbo 2.0 (Mac OS X)
Version 2 seems to be about bug fixes (mostly). Don't think we should be charged for that. [alert admin]

Speedy Mac 2008 Beta (Mac OS X)
I like it, but (for me) price is out of line for the convenience it provides. [alert admin]

CopyPaste Pro 1.0.4 (Mac OS X)
I was pleased to hear (by phone) from the author of this utility and learn of his concern over what others have recently written with regard to this company's "poor record" of tech support. I can assure all that the author cares deeply about his product working "as advertised" and his reputation as a quality software developer. I believe they are working tirelessly to correct any problems that exist. [alert admin]

CopyPaste Pro 1.0.3 (Mac OS X)
This new version is very buggy (as an example, deleting all clips in the Clip HIstory, only to have them return when CPP is re-launched). This is the author's 3 version of CPP and he can't fix this, that's not good. Pro features are only marginally better than in previous (non-pro) versions. Recommended instead: Shadow Clipboard, IClip [alert admin]

EarthBrowser 3.0 (Mac OS X)
Version 3 is a huge improvement over previous versions. User controls benefit greatly from this new format. [alert admin]

You misunderstood. Of course it will back up to other drives...but I'm saying it only backs up to archives (compressed files).

I have been beta testing BUUP for some time now. Here is an author who cares deeply about improving his program. The fact that many updates are posted has more to do with Apple's insufficiancies with Applescript. I find BUUP indispensable.

Okay, I'll accept that. But why doesn't it launch even after throwing away my pref file?
