Emacs 22.0.5 (Mac OS X)

I can't get it to launch under 10.3.9... is this version Tiger-only? When I double click on it, I get the ghost effect as if it's going to launch, but nothing happens... Activity Monitor shows no Emacs process. [alert admin]

I've been using image rodeo again, and still really do like it, and am saddened that it's not being maintainted. I'm going to be needing a Universal App someday! Does anyone know if there's a comparable app out there? I love how configurable Image Rodeo is
