GammaRain 1.0 (Mac OS X)

cool!

Looks even better when wearing those paper 3d glasses with the red and green lenses. Should I reformat after I delete this, just incase? [alert admin]

DV Backup 1.0 (Mac OS X)

price

Works fine with my cannon zr10. Speed is even reasonable with full error protection. Why is it nearly $50 US? Please consider putting error protection on the price and reduce it to $25 US ;-) Or at least offer a discount for some initial period of time. I'd love to get this and would immediately if it was more reasonably priced. [alert admin]

ATI Radeon 7000 v208 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

Anybody running a…

Dell 2000fp flat panel? I just got one and am running it on my Radeon 8500. It draws the top two or so rows of pixels at the bottom of the screen and then flashes occasionaly like it's going to fix it. But never does. I hooked this monitor up to a ti-book and it worked fine. The display also shows 1600x1192 in it's OSD instead of 1600x1200 which the display is designed for and the card is supposedly set for. The update for the 7000 was supposed to fix an issue with the 2000fp. Anybody know what that issue was? And yes, I wrote ati but have gotten no real response except to seach their web site...which I did already. [alert admin]

TimeEqualsMoney 2.2.3 (Mac OS X)

I think it's…

a great app. The best I've seen for billing although I only bill in US $. The interface is a little different until you get used to it. The flexibility in the reporting and how it integrates with mail is what I like best. Also Andrew Stone responds to emails within seconds usually. Does he ever sleep? ;-) [alert admin]

PocketMac Regular Edition 2.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

IAA recognized and…

admited to the problems that plagued the earlier versions. The new version is a complete rewrite mostly in Cocoa. Checkout the demo and lets get the stars back up. http://www.pocketmac.net/PMPro2DEMO.sit Here is a quote from the Pocketmac web site: ...we announced the initial release of PocketMacTM Regular Edition. We were certainly proud of it, but we had a long way to go. The Regular Edition back then didn't do very much, and the little it did do, it didn't do well. Worst of all, the initial installation of the software required a Windows PC or a pricey memory card. About four months after that, we released PocketMacTM Pro 1.4 for OS X. It was a vast improvement over the Regular Edition as it synchronized contacts, calendar and tasks between Microsoft Entourage on the Mac and a wide variety of Pocket PCs. But it, too, had some shortcomings, speed issues, and bizarre bugs that needed fixing. So, rather than just try to fix the existing code, we did a complete rewrite in a different computer language! None of the old bugs were going to follow this new product around. This time, we were going to truly create a new product that could work with any Pocket PC right out of the box, "store-fresh". Now, today, more than a year after we started down this road, we have PocketMacTM Pro 2.0. Not merely an update, but a completely new product. [alert admin]
