VLC Media Player 1.0.1 (Mac OS X)

RAR Loader no longer compatible..?  

Being able to view rar segments in this player without having to waste space on extracting first was one of the most valuable thing to me about this app...so who's got an alternative solution for me? [alert admin]

MP3 Strip 1.5 (Mac OS 9)

Almost perfect, but..  

..only almost, because of these issues: 1. If I hide my control strips (or run any software that renders the strips invisible on screen), the music will stop after the currently playing song. 2. Whenever my screensaver kicks in, the music will stop after the currently playing song (highly annoying, please fix!!). I could add the idea about an equalizer, but that's more a question of feature than a bug, so I'm only taking 2 stars off for the two bugs mentioned above. Aside from those two issues, this is the BEST mp3 player for os9 I have seen - Highly recommended, especially for those of us who value their money (nothing beats freeware), love music... and hate os x! ;) [alert admin]
