If you get a "not properly installed" message
If you tried installing the 1.1.1 version (which was broken) and then get a "not properly installed" message for the 1.1.2 installer, you will need to delete the following files before installing: /Applications/ChatterBlocker.app ~/Library/Application Support/ChatterBlocker /Library/Receipts/ChatterBlocker 1.1.2 for Mac - Demo.pkg Also, double-check that your browser cache isn't displaying the old 1.1.1 download. We needed an installer to put all the sound files, presets, etc., in the proper folders. The password might not have been necessary, but it was an option in Apple's installer program, and I think we needed it to copy files into certain directories. What's the concern? It's not like we ever see a copy of your password.
