Adobe Flash Player 9.0.124.0 (Mac OS X)
Seemed to install OK (Intel), but there was a humungous amount of permissions to repair when I ran Disk Utility after the installation. [alert admin]

Yasu 2.0.1 (Mac OS X)
This has been a fine app in the past. Installed v 2.0.1 on both an iMac G5 and an iBook G4 and lost my login keychain on both. Tried Keychain First Aid/restart/DiskWarrior, then contacted the developer, but nothing helped. Finally got login keychain back by a reinstall of the OS on both machines, which is a bit of work. Like the previous poster, I'm not too anxious to go through that again until I know the problem is solved. [alert admin]

Very effective software. But since installing it, I've been unable to have my afternoon nap. Computer's fine. [alert admin]

Yasu 1.3 (Mac OS X)
I have tried a number of similar utilities, and Yasu seems to me to have the best interface and the most tested and bulletproof code. Congratulations to Jim Mitchell for Version 1.3. An elegant solution to the quest for the best interface and code approach for regular maintenance. [alert admin]

Yasu 0.7 (Mac OS X)
I love the simplicity of this product, which has a programming elegance. I've used it since it came out. But with version 0.7, I get the message on both my iBook G3, and iBook G4, "System Events got an error. AppleEvent timed out (-1712)." The program has run, but the reboot fails, and I have to manually quit Yasu and reboot. I hope this helps. Both my computers are well maintained, with regular DiskWarrior treatments, for example. The free Updater at http://www.alsoft.com/DiskWarrior/support.html worked like a charm for me. Thanks, Alsoft.

Not for me. A straight download from VersionTracker with no problems. But my browser is Safari (Mac).
