QRecall 1.0.1 (Mac OS X)
This backup utility is a gem. It works perfectly without ever failing. It can do all what the other backup softwares can do but in a smarter way. It is simple to configure, yet extremely powerful and configurable. I use it to keep an history hour by hour of some files, I use instead of Time Machine as it can do exactly what Time Machine does but more intelligently. I use it to backup my medias, virtual machines, etc... You ought to give it a try, really. There is nothing out there that comes close to it for backups. [alert admin]

Ghost Sphere 2.3.0 (Mac OS X)
It is my belief that ALL the previous feedbacks have been written by he Ghost Spere author or one of his friends. Just read them by yourself, check the style, check if these reviewers have ever written another feedback of another product (the answer is no), etc... It is quite obvious to me that all these feedbacks are fake. [alert admin]

Alarm Clock Pro 7.7.1 (Mac OS X)
Poor design and cumbersome - Unusable ![]()

I registered Alarm Clock Pro a month ago. The trial license had expired and I needed a clock for my mac. So I trusted the application without doing another trial and purchased it. I wish I hadn't done so. I am having a lot of troubles with it. I had Alarm clock pro configured for a morning ring. Power manager was set up to wake the computer automatically. The mac was in a screen saver mode (but not sleeping). The mac didnt ring at all at the specified time. Power manager was auto-set to wake up the mac in case. Another thing, this alarm is a recurrent one (waking me up every day of the week etc...) So Power manager automatically added 31 entries. Now, if I want to change the time of this alarm, Power manager auto function will add new entries without deleting the old ones. it is very annoying because I cant even delete the old entries with a few clicks. I have to click on each entry and delete them one by one. Apple+a (for select all) doesnt work in this dialog box. It is very annoying and makes the power manager auto function and alarm clock pro totally unfriendly and unusable on a day to day basis. As for now, I am disabling Alarm Clock Pro completely. I emailed the author who said he was going to fix all the problems I mentionned. But after more than a month, still nothing. Alarm Clock Pro is still unusable. [alert admin]

Bookdog 3.5.2 (Mac OS X)
On top of what the other reviewers said about Bookdog, I would like to add that the author is very helpful and responds very quickly to users requests. [alert admin]

Sleep Monitor 2.1.1 (Mac OS X)
Very nice little application that could be extended by adding more features to it. My only problem is that its shareware price is way to high. 10 euros would be ok but 20 euros is definitely too high for what it does. [alert admin]

StuffIt Deluxe 10.0 (Mac OS X)
Most other companies provide maintenance versions for free... I don't see much new things in the 10.0 version. So sorry but no.... Tired of being ripped off by Stuffit.... [alert admin]

Kill Monty 1.0.3 (Mac OS X)
The game is too difficult to play. Hordes of enemies attack the player. It's nearly impossible to think and play properly. Graphics are repetitive and very soso and the whole experience is boring. Not a cool game at all.... [alert admin]

VersionTracker Widget 1.0 (Mac OS X)
Some problems here. clicking on "User Login" sends the string "https:secure.versiontracker.com" to the browser instead of "https://secure.versiontracker.com" which results in a browser error. Also, i am unable to activate the obscure "pro" features "(spotlight etc...) [alert admin]

Lux 5.0.2 (Mac OS X)
I am really enjoying playing this game. The attention to details is outstanding and there is an excellent web site supporting the game. Multiplaying is very well conceived and easy. There is a very strong community playing together with ladders and rankings. Lux has a plugin architecture which allows extra maps, AI types, etc... There is a lot of maps currently available. Highly recommended. [alert admin]

Michael, you could provide then an option to delete the original file after importing. It could be a simple option or something more complicate such as a pop-up every time a file is added or a set of rules or...

I think Mark is right. You are comparing two softwares that are very unrelated except that they belong more or less to the same software genre.

Thanks for correcting me. I wasn't aware of this. I thought that I had to pay to continue using the software.
