Windows Live Messenger 8.5.1302.1018 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)

I tried using both Windows Live and Skype for making video+voice PC to PC calls. I think Windows Live provide much bettern video and voice compared to Skype. Video calls within the US and Canada had been reliable and good quality. Tip: Minimize ads and network use while making video+voice call in order to get good bandwidth for the call. [alert admin]
