Before the update, with 3G enabled, it was either no service, or sometimes one bar on the signal strength meter (at my home). After the update, I get three to five bars on the signal strength meter, and 3G is finally usable! [alert admin]

What's new in 5.2.1

A Lifesaver

I had the unfortunate experience of having PowerMail crash during a low-level rebuild of the database. I had rolled the dice and lost - I didn't make a backup right before the rebuild. I had a backup that was a few weeks old, but really needed the last few weeks worth of email. PowerMail Salvage was able to retrieve all the messages. Not a lot of documentation, but then, it's pretty simple to use. Some of my email messages that were recovered were missing the dates and subject lines, so I emailed the author about it. He responded with a fix the next day. Great support! Some may think it's a little pricey for shareware at first glance, but if your email is important to you, this is a bargain. [alert admin]
