UNO 1.3.2 (Mac OS X)
I'm always a bit nervous about using programs like this which make changes to system files, but I took the plunge in a desire to get some sort of UI consistency within Mac OS X (my only real criticism of the OS). Simple to use, does what it says and using UNO Shade gives Mac OS X the most consistent appearance (though the darker look does conflict slightly with some Aqua UI elements). [alert admin]

Halime 1.0rc2b (Mac OS X)
I've gone back to MT NewsWatcher X. It may be getting on for a year-old beta with an aging interface, but it hasn't crashed on me yet. [alert admin]

Halime 1.0rc2b (Mac OS X)
...after using for a couple of weeks; it's not nearly there. Still as crash-prone as ever. Very frustrating. [alert admin]

Halime 1.0rc2b (Mac OS X)
I have used Halime on-and-off for over a year, but always found it somewhat crash-prone...so I would go back to MT Newswatcher. An autosave feature would be useful since it's still crashing and I'm losing Subscription information. In terms of interface it's one of the best out there (IMHO), I just wish it was a bit more stable. [alert admin]

iBank 1.1.1 (Mac OS X)
Seems to have fixed the annoying "Transfer" bug. I was about to give up. [alert admin]

iBank 1.0.4 (Mac OS X)
Having tried virtually all the Shareware personal finance packages available for Mac OSX this, for me, is the best one. Yes it's lacking a few features and there are one or two odd interface quiks, but the author is quick to respond to comments and the product is being updated regularly. [alert admin]

cronaid 1.0.5 (Mac OS X)
don't have to remember to run MacJanitor (which was rather infrequently). Wholeheartedly recommended. [alert admin]

SimpleSynth 0.2 (Mac OS X)
it says, works with my Midiman Midisport. If Pete can do this so simply, where are the likes of Roland et al? Now what about a decent OSX sequencer, someone? [alert admin]
