Apple MobileMe 1.1 (Mac OS X)
It takes a minute or 2 for the update dialogue to appear. You can just run software update first. [alert admin]

Apple Java for OS X 10.5 Update 1 1.6.0_05 (Mac OS X)
This update can only be installed on a 64-bit capable Intel Mac.
I got the error "This update can only be installed on a 64-bit capable Intel Mac." Very annoying, the documentation page says nothing of requirements other than 10.5.2. [alert admin]

Apple Mac OS X PPC 10.4.10 (Mac OS X)
For the first time ever, an apple update has gone weird on me. I'm getting a strange glitch where either the top or the bottom of the screen is stretching by a few pixels depending on where the mouse is. This is only happening on my account on the machine and it is driving me crazy! I've deleted my caches and some preferences, but to no avail. [alert admin]

It's pretty cute, but I wish there was a customization mechanism for the cats' colors. [alert admin]

A flattened Quicktime file is one that has all of the resources used in the movie in the file. Quicktime movies are capable of using media in other files, those are called reference movies.

I traced the issue to one of my com.apple.*.plist files in my preferences. I checked my trackpad options, there is no zoom option there. I also checked the zoom in universal access, the behavior there did not match what was happening to me. I suspect the problem is a value in a plist that is incompatible with 10.4.10. Thank for the tip, I will look more into it later.

Did you check to make sure only one copy is installed? Multiple copies of a plugin installed will crash any application or service that uses them. Try looking in both /Library/Mail/Bundles and ~/Library/Mail/Bundles. You should also check to see if you are using the correct version. There is are different plugins for 10.3 and 10.4 versions of Mail, make sure you are using the right one.

Are you using an Intel or PowerPC mac? and what version of Java is installed (to see your java version open the Terminal and type "java -version")? You may also want to open Console and see if there is an error message there from Azureus.

It probably needs an x86 native startup stub. Submit this as a bug here: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?atid=575154&group_id=84122&func=browse
