Onspeed 1.0 (Mac OS X)
I am using the latest release of this which is one of the buggiest piece of software I have ever seen. It frequently stops working and you then have to use Force Quit to close the programme. The GUI simply does not interact properly with the Mac OS 10.4+ Macintosh users are simply a priority and the updates are few and far between. User support supplies nothing but formulaic answers - such as 'download the latest version' when one has done a hundred versions already. I will not be renewing my subscription. [alert admin]

Meteorologist 1.4.8 (Mac OS X)
Despite the lack of updates (promised in the near future), this app still works for me - using all sorts of non-US cities - only I sometimes have to quit and re-start to get it to update to latest data. One puzzle: I have never been able to find out what the preference option to 'cycle active locations' and 'change active locations' mean. These are separate options from 'updating'. What do they mean?? There is no FAQ or Help menu to explain. I would be grateful for an explanation. At present I leave them unchecked and do not seem to be missing anything (except the above problem mentioned). [alert admin]

iRecordMusic 1.6 build 434 (Mac OS X)
This program worked fine until I upgraded to Leopard. It does not now seem to respond to Apple Script events and even its own dialogue boxes (eg 'your software is up to date') cause it to freeze. Urgently in need of repairing before I would again recommend anyone to buy it. [alert admin]

DockExtender 3.1.3 (Mac OS X)
This is great application that solves a lot of problems for me. The only short-coming is that it has not been updated for more than two years and the preference panel no longer works under OS 10.4.10 Why not keep it up to date?? Please?? If the developers lack the time then perhaps they should open source it. [alert admin]
