Hi, I am the developer of Media Snap. You can send me email describing your problems. Usually I will respond with a solution within hours. If you found a bug I will tell you when the bug will be fixed. Usually it takes me one to two days to fix a reported bug. Write to uin.cmk@googlemail.com with your email-client of choice. Media Snap has three tabs: Results, Downloads, Finished. After a download is complete it will be moved from the "Downloads" tab to the "Finished" tab. In the Finished tab you are able to specify the file format and export your downloads to your desktop.
