Good product useless service/support
As the others have said. Don't expect ANY response to queries, support, service etc. or even trying to renew a subscription - which takes about 2-3 weeks Really makes you wonder whether it is worth it. Could be a great product if it wasn't for the slack developers. They just can't be bothered. [alert admin]
