HylaFAX 4.1.2 (Mac OS X)
Hi there is still no package ready for Mac OSX. It seems it can run on MacOSX but no one has posted a link to download the application... HELP !!! Let us use this fantastic software [alert admin]

Aladdin StuffIt Expander 9.0 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
We switched from Mac to Win and all our archives from MacOS 7 are in stuffit. Now, I need only the expander and i've to register and subscribe to their mailinglist and install the trial standard edition. Incredible stupid. They have lost us for ever, and we never will use again closed formats for archiving. Actually using 7zip. To bypass their subscription d/l it from http://www.stuffit.com/downloads/std-downloadv.html PS: obviously i've tried also the expander... it's an app that seems made in the early 90's. horrible and slow user interface. Epson Perfection 2.32A (Mac OS X)
Somebody can explain me how to use the Epson perf. 2450 to make color matched acquisitions (as cheap as possible)? The colorsync profile really doesn't work good, I have always too much red in the slides. [alert admin]

This driver is only for model 1670, 2400, 3170, 3200, 4870. I have payed a lot of money for my 2450 with firewire and Epson doesn't gives to the mac community as always their support. And I really thought they did the 2450 principally only for the mac. [alert admin]

Mozilla Firefox 0.9.3 (Mac OS X)
The best browser for everyday use, and particular for homebanking is OPERA. It's the best browser and it's also multiplatform Mac, Windows, Linux and may others. I tried FireFox, Mozilla, Camino, Omniweb, Safari, Netscaper and IE. IE is the most compatible one, but now it's abbandoned, some of the other are fast but not compatible with homebanking, particularly those based on apple' webengine. Some others don't work well and are only web blasoned browser. The one that is fast and works very well on mac and pc is Opera. Also the most of the others, except IE, has problems with javapages, Opera works fine and very fast with java. I hope other browser could reach the same features and compatibility of Opera but Mozilla and Firefox are still not usuable for the everyday work. Use it at home but exclude a lot of features and homebanking websites. [alert admin]
