iStar Composer 1.2 (Mac OS X)
Very interesting concept: The Karaoke you create does not only work in this program, but is written into the AAC's chaptes and as chapter images. Additionally you can use the text in a visualization. I bet Karaoke is just the start for this program I can't wait to see where this is going. [alert admin]

Best iTunes visualization there is, a little too many options, but that way you can customize it very much. Can'T wait to make my own quartz composition for iTunes. [alert admin]

Doesn't work - iTunes keeps crashing. 
Hi, I'm the author of iVIsualize. Thanks for the crashing note. As other Mac users, I too have only one machine. So if you or anyone else volunteers for testing I would be more than glad to give you the latest version before the release. About that widget, I will try that. Hi 1.0.1 installer was broken. Once installed correctly. you have to select iVisualize as visualization, have it play then you see the options.
