Watcher'84 1.0 (Mac OS X)
working fine for me. It didn't work well for a few web sites, but the author is very responsive and provides fixes on request. Other web services and applications aren't able to monitor web pages as regularly. And unfortunately don't bypass advertisements most of the time. [alert admin]

PodMaster 1000 1.0a (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
but its user interface is really ugly... Pod Manager (also shareware) seems much better. xPod (freeware) is also worth a look. [alert admin]
