Missing Sync for Palm OS 5.0.3 (Mac OS X)
I've been trying to use this software for 6 months. It has slowed to the point of being unusable. (not that it was ever a speed demon!) I have contacted Mark/Space support, who replied with a bizarre reply! They are aware of the problem, and are working on an update, but the update to fix the speed issue, won't be updated. WHAT?!? I cannot complete a sync as I am not prepared to wait for over an hour. I just wish I could get my money back! [alert admin]

SuperDuper! 1.5.5(74) (Mac OS X)
Not only is the software Super Duper, so is the customer support! The friendly replies to my questions were quick and informative. I will gladly support this company in the future. The software does what it says it will do, and it does it efficiently. It been made as simple as it possibly could be - which is great for people like me who love the Mac for the same reasons! Keep up the good work! [alert admin]

Well, this is a first! I've never submitted a second review for an application, but Splasm deserves additional credit for the work they are doing with this application! Besides, they don't deserve the less than 5 stars they received earlier from some dolt! The program does what it says it does, and it does it well. The reason for the second review from me, is that I emailed Customer Support for some info on backing up the program info files, to which they immediately responded. Two days later a new release comes out with a VERY easy way to back up the important files! I AM IMPRESSED! Good work Splasm! Anyone looking for a sound, stable and easy way to keep track of your personal accounts, this is the application to buy! OTHER DEVELOPERS TAKE NOTE: This company knows how to prouduce an excellent product, for a very fair price, and then supports it extremely well! They make a good template for others to follow. CheckBook 1.2 (Mac OS X)
I like this program! It's quick and easy. It's almost exactly what I wanted (see note at end), ESPECIALLY now that I can schedule payments! The support is WONDERFUL! It's almost as if someone is sitting at the computer waiting for requests for help to arrive - it has been that quick! I commend the company, and the people working on this program. Now.... as I've requested from Splasm... if only there were a Palm compatible component to this program!! Keep up the great work! I HIGHLY recommend it as a quick and easy program. If you want learning curves etc, spend a lot more money on the big boys' programs. [alert admin]

Kensington MouseWorks 2.4b1 (Mac OS X)
I have just updated the software, and am very happy with Kensington (as usual)! I am now running a wired and an unwired Kensington Turbo Mouse Pro with absolutely NO PROBLEMS in Panther on my G4/450. Great work Kensington! [alert admin]

a very good program... but it's useless to me if it doesn't download ANY files! [alert admin]

Meteorologist 1.2 (Mac OS X)
GREAT program! AND AC46 AND SALAL, IT DOES SUPPORT METRIC/CELCIUS!! And it's easy to do, if you would just poke around a bit. Go to "Show City Editor", "Edit City", "Weather Items", "Unit Selection" then choose "Celcius" on each item that you want to select Metric. Then update. Go to the next city that you want to make metric, and it gets even easier! Just select "Import this cities prefs" (it will offer you the last city you worked on as the model) and you're done! Simple! NOW... go back and change your respective ratings to a 5 Star! Don't hold this excellent freeware program hostage for your inability to figure out how to use it. As a matter of fact, it's shareware, and it's so good, I'm going to send the author a donation. [alert admin]

enough GREAT things about this program!! But I'm going to try! I downloaded it on a whim, and I'll be forever glad that I did! It is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE how fast the downloads happen. As for those people criticizing the program because they have a 56k modem, read the Manual - it says "High speed connection recommended"! THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PROGRAM, and it should be a part of every Mac's utility software if you are using cable modems and faster! Good work Yazsoft!! [alert admin]
