I am the author of BookTracker. BookTracker does have the ability to autofill book data after entering an ISBN. The lookup occurs automatically after leaving the ISBN field. This functionality can be enabled or disabled in the preferences, but should be enabled by default. If this functionality is disabled, you can still use the Lookup button that is located at the bottom of the individual book window. If this is not working on your system, please contact support. Booktracker does support non-US locales. We currently have a larger base of registered users outside of the US than in the US. If you are having a problem entering non-US text, we may have introduced a new bug.
