Wacom Pen Tablet 5.2.1-3 (Mac OS X)

Bamboo Great on Paper

I ordered the bamboo Touch & Pen after seeing an ad on a web page. It looks great and sleek and I loved the idea of fingers and gestures to navigate...HOWEVER, after receiving the tablet the installer refused to run, unexpectedly quitting time after time, and also the How To Use Tutorial would not run, quitting as well. (my computer meets minimum specs BTW) I sent the thing back immediately to Amazon...COULD have been a great product but due to some possible "rushing out the door" on the driver and control panel they have lost a customer... DVDxDV Pro 1.09.15 (Mac OS X)

Installer does not work

The installer detects a new version available, offers to download it, then downloads and then gives this error message: "Unable to open saved file". Hve tried several times with same result. [alert admin]

X-Plane 9.30 Beta-3 (Mac OS X)

Another "Demo" version?

The installer states it will install a new "Web Demo" copy of X-Plane. The updater used to install the latest beta version of X-Plane into the existing directory where the app lives. I have the DVD's of version 9 and want to get updates/betas, NOT demo version of X-Plane...Please explain this to me... [alert admin]

X-Plane 9.30 Beta-2 (Mac OS X)

"Demo" Only?

I am a little confused here...The installer is saying it will download and install a "Demo" version of X-Plane. I have the DVD's for version 9...I don't want a DEMO version. Am I mixed up or missing something here? Thanx! [alert admin]

ScribBall 1.0 (Mac OS X)

Love it!

I downloaded this game and played it for 5 min 36 secs before I bombed out...Bought a license right after that! I was hooked immediately. Easy enough for an old fart like me to play and actually have fun. The physics part of the game makes it different from other "group of 4" games...very unique. Only complaint is the sound effect for the "whoosh" of air blowing...kinda annoying. [alert admin]

Backup Simplicity 3.0.2 (Mac OS X)

Not reliable

I have used version 2.x for about a year and recently 3.02. BSIMP has stopped working on my system. The background process simply quits after about 2 hours into the backup. I have had to return to good ole Carbon Copy Cloner. I cannot believe it is this difficult to make a reliable and fail-safe backup solution... [alert admin]
