Presentation Prompter 4.2 (Mac OS X)

Solid Product

I have looked at and/or purchased most of the teleprompter software for OSX. This one is head and shoulders over all of them. It is written using the OSX programming features, which means the text flows smoothly, it is rock solid, and looks and feels like an OSX application. Don't worry about running multiple screens, this software is so good at operator input you won't miss it. You can scroll the text with your finger on a trackpad, have it roll by with very good control on speed and speed changes, and best of all it supports chapter markers to go directly to a predefined location. Text is imported at standard sizes (12 point) and scaled up to fit on screen in % fashion. This is done through the quartz imaging system and looks great. It imports MS Word documents without any hassle, which is a big time saver for me. I used it on a recent project and it proved itself under the stress of production. In comparison to others I have purchased: iPrompter - clunky interface, lots of trouble importing files, useless editor Script Q - imported from windows, runs badly and crashes, windows interface, expensive I highly recommend this product. As you can…

see, this browser is simply incredible. I am stunned to disbelief at the speed of page loading and downloading. The interface is clean and simple, and I have yet to find a page that does not render well. Excellent job, well done, goodby IE. [alert admin]
