Personally I don't care if stuffit and/or smith micro try and sell a very obsolete product or not, except that less savvy people I know get bamboozled in to thinking they need a product they absolutely do not. I got irritated at this product years ago where every "new release" was just fixing one set of bugs and as they introduced new ones; some of which were actually modifying files and permissions in ways that harmed your system. No real new functionality has been seen for going on 10 years, yet they charge for each new "update". It just seems slimey to me. The only "feature" I have used even the last 3-4 years was utilizing the CLI tools they provided to script finding every ".sit" file I had, unpacking it, and ".zip"ing it back up. [alert admin]

endo 1.0.44 (Mac OS X)
Living with a woman suffering from endometriosis for years, which is usually simply shortened to "endo" in conversation, this caught my eye. Would have never paid attn to it if not for that but I might download and give it a try. :-) [alert admin]

FinancesOSX 2.2 (Mac OS X)
Having recently bought a house I can say that this program brought great clarity to the whole process of what the mortgage adjustments actually mean. This should be in everyone's toolkit of utilities that makes their mac useful for solving every day problems and helping make life easy and understandable. Of course I am related to the author...but I try and not let that color my opinion of this great little utility. ;-) [alert admin]

FlickrExport for iPhoto 2.0.4 (Mac OS X)
I used the free version (and still do). I like it so much I would pay a reasonable amount of $5-8 US. The current price is just to insanely expensive...it costs more than flickr itself!! I can't justify less than 3 stars until the older free version breaks completely. [alert admin]

Actually...it is not Mozilla based
Safari is based on khtml from the KDE project, not Mozilla. [alert admin]
