Pete's Roland driver 0.3 (Mac OS X)
lost my PC300 manual months ago, when I gave up on OS9 and OMS (can you say extension conflict :-) This was so easy. If like me you install new software warily don't fret. It may be shareware, it may be less than version 1. But it works so beautifully. Serirously drag, drop open, play. Thanks Pete. I was gonna do this myself before too long. that's one project off the list. Stonking. Angie [alert admin]

Opera X 5.0b3 (Mac OS X)
developer I can say I have used a LOT of browsers in my time. Opera is the MOST obedient browser when it comes to interpretation of HTML, what a browser should do. I haven't downloaded this version yet, but previous versions of opera on OS X had a tendency to crash but generally on badly written pages. If it's doing it on html pages you wrote check your syntax. and if it's still happening report the bug. Please... OS X is still new as is opera and if you want another decent working browser, (other than Explorer :-) and something doesn't work give the developers a chance and report it. Otherwise please Shut up :-) [alert admin]

comment on how it runs with Photoshop in classic mode. Are all the functions working as expected/as they do in OS 9. Cheers Angie [alert admin]

Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
users, it says in the readme that search doesn't work in OS X, it does, they just hadn't tested with the final release. Works beautifully. [alert admin]
