CleanMemory 1.0a (Palm OS)

Good idea

I like the idea. It worked for some of the programs on my Garmin iQue3600, but would crash (putting the iQue into a soft reset) on a large number of applications on my Garmin. So I removed the program before going through the list completely. I will try later versions. Suggested improvement - When showing the list of applications, show the ones which have already been "cleaned" in a different colour. [alert admin]

Works fine

I ran the program and everything seems to be working fine (after re-boot). But then, I use FireFox as my browser (doesn't everyone?) [alert admin]

MegaMemo2 2.9d (Palm OS)

Hmmm

This program has potential. I would like to see an option to date stamp the memo. But here is the biggest issue. I can't seem to find anyway to delete the memos!! If there is a way, I haven't been able to find it in ten minutes of trying [alert admin]

V 0.9.3

This version installed just fine for me. I am using Windows XP Professional. I just wish I could find what the revisions / additions are for this version. [alert admin]

Snail Mail 0.5.0 (Mac OS X)

Feature PLEASE!!!

I keep hoping that the latest version will produce bar codes for not only US Postal Zip Codes, but also for Canadian Postal Codes!!! When that happens, I will be the first in line to pay shareware fees! Until then, i have to continue to rely upon the old AddressBook in OS 9 *sigh* Allen [alert admin]

Mozilla Thunderbird 0.6 (Mac OS X)

WARNING!!!!

I have NOT been able to get this version to open ANY of my mailboxes. When the application launches, no window shows. When I go to View and select Mail and Newsgroups, NO window opens. When I go to my inbox file and select "open with", Thunderbird is NOT one of the applications I can select. I have to try to find the previous version of Thunderbird. Be warned! If you download this version, save your previous version in case the same thing happens to you! [alert admin]

copyrightInserter 1.5 (Mac OS X)

Didn't work for me

I tried it first on a tiff file - didn't work at all. Next I tried a jpg file -- all I got was a "double exposed" image with the second image offset from the original image by about 1/4". Totally unusable for me. [alert admin]

GCam 1.2 (Mac OS X)

iBot Firewire

Works fabulous with my Orange Micro Firewire iBot. This is a nice application! I just wish I knew more about video and which is the "best" setting to capture the video. [alert admin]

GridLock 1.31 (Palm OS)

Fatal error

I installed gridlock. the application opened OK, but when I tried to activate it, it would cause a fatal error and send my Palm IIIxe into reset. It is now removed. [alert admin]

Xkeys 1.1 (Mac OS X)

Great Product

I have NO complaints about the software --- especially with the price (although I would be willing to pay $5 to ensure continued support). For some reason, I have been unable to get a script to execute via a function key though. Anyone else having this difficulty? [alert admin]

Picasa

Picasa can certainly do what you are looking for. But it may not be exactly what you are looking for since Picasa is a media catalogue not just a media viewer.
