Useless, don't waste your money 
It stopped working at the beginning of this year when a new version of QuickTime was released. The problem was broken and/or very low quality video clip thumbnails. In spite of repeated complaints to the company's support email, most of which have gone unanswered, there is still no fix, and the version remain s at 2.4. At present the software is unuseable. Walk away. [alert admin]
