Works fine on my MDD but BE PATIENT! It took a good 45 minutes to finalise from the 3 minutes to go message - but we finally got there. Just sit back and let it do its thing! [alert admin]

Adobe Flash Player 10.0.1.218 (Mac OS X)
It seemingly loaded OK and the Adobe site showed it as installed but video on the BBC website did not want to run with this version so had to uninstall and go back to v9.0.124.0. (Mirror Drive Door G4, 1.25Ghz SP, OSX/10.5.2, 1.75 GB and iBook 600MHz G3, OSX/10.3.9, 384 MB) [alert admin]

Cyberduck 2.8.1 (Mac OS X)
Get the error "No mountable file system" when opening the .dmg file (which downloads lightening fast!) although shows as a 9.2Mb file. Have had no problems with previous versions. [alert admin]

Skype 2.6.0.137 (Mac OS X)

I couldn't make audio contact with a regular Skype contact, always getting an "Audio Connection Error" message. It also seemed to affect the smooth working of my Logitech webcam (as shown in the Preference panel) although I never got as far as actually attempting a video contact. So, I ditched it and reverted to v2.5.0.85. I always keep a zipped copy of the last "working" version, just in case. Must say that it's the first version I've tried that has really NOT worked at all. Perhaps I'm lucky :-) [alert admin]

Backdrop Folders 1.3.3 (Mac OS X)
I installed the Backdrop Folders Demo in my normally rock solid 1.25Ghz SP MDD and, within a minute of playing with it, the Finder crashed out. On rebooting I found that all of my carefully crafted preferences were totally gone and I was back to the basic Desktop found after an OS Install. Luckily, I'd cloned my Hard Drive to the 2nd Internal HD only yesterday so restarted from that. Backup, backup backup! Poking around I found that I'd only 44 of the original 300+ prefs in the Preferences Folder. The original Prefs folder had seemingly migrated intact to Users>alangentle>Mail>Documents>Library>Preferences! So, was it or wasn't it? [alert admin]

iText 3.1.1 (Mac OS 9)
Am I the only one that's found that the Open File dialogue doesn't seem to work - i.e. File>Open or Apple+O? [alert admin]

Have just noticed that "The QuickTime 6.5.2 reinstaller will remove QuickTime 7.0.1 from a Mac OS X 10.3.9 system and restore QuickTime 6.5.2." Anyone tried it with QT 7.1?
