MenuMeters 1.4b4 (Mac OS X)
Oh thank goodness this is back working! I thought since it wasn't updated previously for such a long time it would not be updated, but here we are! After 10.6 broke it, it is now working perfectly - I'm only interested in the Network display! Thank you! [alert admin]

Parallels Desktop 3.0 Build 5060.0 (Mac OS X)
I have used Parallels for about 4 months and while it is EXTREMELY slow, I have been able to use it. Maybe they should get multi-core recognization working!!! I came to use it after having it updated recently, to give a presentation to 300 people and watched the screen that said "Please wait while virtual machine resumes." That happened for 15 agonizing minutes trying to make small talk. I eventually gave up! Something that makes me look like an idiot doesn't get my vote. Shame. [alert admin]

PDF Browser Plugin 2.2.3 (Mac OS X)
Unfortunately there is no wheel support for the Mighty Mouse. As scroll wheels have been around for a long time now this is not a great situation. Shame since I prefer this over Acrobat's PDF plugin - which also doesn't support track wheels. [alert admin]

Metadata 0.1 (Mac OS X)
Thought this would be an excellent way to add keywords to files in the Finder -- NOT the same as Spotlight comments, BTW. But it's rubbish! Causes the Finder to quit whenever you try and add a field.
Shame, could have been useful, if it actually worked!

Web Confidential 3.7.2 (Mac OS X)
I have used this product on my Mac and Palm for years. It really is Pantherized now and really reflects the GUI of a modern Mac app. I strongly recommend people buy this and the Palm app also. [alert admin]

MenuMeters 1.1.1 (Mac OS X)
Still requires manual intervention in Panther
Alas, v. 1.1.1 does not open up in Panther. Specifically, I like to have the network load displayed. Each time I log in it is no longer in the menu bar and I have to go to Sys pref and turn it on again. [alert admin]

Poisoned 0.495 (Mac OS X)
Never had a problem using it with Panther. This is without a doubt the BEST Mac P2P client and blows LimeWire away. As for people having problems with incomplete downloads disappearing, check the prefs to maybe deselect "clear canceled downloads". Anyway, it works perfectly for me, picking up where I left off. YMMV [alert admin]

... and how is one supposed to install the SW without iTunes? Can you provide more details on the reliability/credibility of this claim from the iPhone Dev Team? Thanks, rootdr

Don't kid yourself that QuickAccessCM is anyway better than this superb move tool. You will not regret having a hierarchical list immediately available to you.
