Spring Cleaning 8.0 (Mac OS X)
Crash on Install of Spring Cleaning 8.0
I purchased Spring Cleaning 8.0 at Macworld. It crashes on install, right after I enter my name and serial number. I cannot recommend a product I cannot even install! [alert admin]

Temperature Monitor Widget 1.6 (Mac OS X)
Going back to 1.4 as 1.6 shows nothing
I installed 1.6, and it says "no sensors found", so I rescued 1.4 for the trash -- it shows one sensor, temperature for Smart Disk ... This is a step backwards. I cannot say that one sensor is all that important, anyway. 4-year old flat-panel iMac G4. [alert admin]

Adobe Reader 6.0.3a (Mac OS X)
Open a specific PDF. Select some text. Hit Command-C. Reader crashes. I have sent the crash report to Apple, but I suspect the bug is Adobe's. I suggest you stick with 6.0.2. [alert admin]

Golden Key 1.0.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
Unlocked three files that came with HexEdit that nothing else would unlock! (Get Info + clicking didn't turn off locking, and Optin+Empty Trash wouldn't delete them.) [alert admin]

Epson Stylus 2.8AA (Mac OS 9)
I think this is only for the original EPSON Stylus COLOR, Stylus Pro, and Stylus Pro XL, not any of the Sytlus Color printers with a number. [alert admin]

Someone want to give me the part number? Since I bought NAV 9 by download from Symantec, I have neither box nor CD. Thanks.

That's all very well, but I don't have a product number. The page says to look on the box -- but I bought NAV 9.0 by download from Symantec. I have an Order Confirmation letter -- but it contains no product number. What IS the product number for NAV 9.0 for Mac, anyway?
