Cyberduck 2.8.3 (Mac OS X)

keep coming back

Still my favourite ... after playing around with Fugu, Fetch, and Fork Lift, I must say I like Cyberduck best. It may not have all the features that other apps have - but I found that I actually don't need them and the way Cyberduck handles operations suits my needs and my way doing things best. JAlbum 7.3 (Mac OS X)

Download link still yields Version 7.2.1

THe new features sound great - a wonderful enhancement of a piece of software that I really woulnd't want to miss. When trying to download version 7.3. however, I got unpacked a dmg with version 7.2.1, which is already on my disk ... [alert admin]

TypeTrainer4Mac 2.8.5 (Mac OS X)

Installation problem

Hi, I have used 2T4Mac in earlier days and found it useful. Now I tried to install the new version (2.8.5) on Tiger 10.4.10 but I can't get past the licence agreement dialog. I click "agree" but nothing happens. What's next? [alert admin]

Vienna 2.0.0.2009 (Mac OS X)

Best of the free ones

Out of all the Newsreaders I've tried (including browser built-ins or plug-ins) this is definitely the best one for my needs and my taste: very structured, clean, intuitive interface and handling (including keyboard shortcuts / arrow keys behaving consistently and logically). I'm happy with the fact that it does not render web-pages itself so I can take advantage of my standard browser's adblock and security features.I love the ability to create smart folders.Great application! MenuMachine 2.0.2 (Mac OS X)

Freezes left and right!

great idea (and I ve used version 1 extensively) but this one doesn't work. When trying to recreate a moderately complex menu that I have used before (what a pain that you have to recreate it - no import option!) all I get are freezes and the spinning ball of death. Is this really meant to be compatible with GoLive CS (1)??? [alert admin]
