iMOnTime 3.0.0 (Mac OS X)
I've been using this program for years and it reminds me of several things every day. Simple to use, reliable, isn't bloated with extras. it does what it's supposed to and does it well. I have two wishes -- one, that you could have a choice of a few message fonts or type sizes, so you can make them more visible or have some stand out more than others, and two, that you could sync it through .Mac. But it's still close tp perfect as is. [alert admin]

Typinator 1.5 (Mac OS X)
I've been using Typinator for more than a year and it's saved me a heck of a lot of typing (to say nothing of typos), I used to use Type-it4me but Typinator beats it by a county mile. Typinator behaves itself, uses small abbreviations and is easy to set up.It also works with images. A must-have app if you do any word, phrases or image on a recurring basis. [alert admin]

This is one of those apps that you don't know you need until you try it. Then you can't manage without it. Great concept, great execution. [alert admin]

VueScan 8.3.44 (Mac OS X)
Well. I could if I used my scanner's utility, but the results wouldn't be nearly as good. Great software, have used with several generations of Macs and it's always produced great results. I really like the new interface. [alert admin]

XBubbles 1.3 (Mac OS X)
Impossible to win but the fun is in staving off losing as long as possible and getting the highest score. Too many games are drowning in graphics and effects. This one is elegantly simple and straightforward. [alert admin]

Sidenote 1.7 (Mac OS X)
I've tried a lot of notetaking apps and this the very best. easy to use, extrememly versatile. Price is great, but I'd still use it if the developer decided he had to charge for it. [alert admin]

Tex-Edit Plus 4.9.5 (Mac OS X)
I love TEPlus and have used it for years. My only, gripe (and it's a big one) is that it doesn't support Check Spelling as You Type. [alert admin]

Adium X 0.82 (Mac OS X)
works fine, lets me chat with people on different IMs wthout having lots of windows open. I like it, hope the developer keeps at it. Heck! I'd even pay for it. [alert admin]
