Duplication in the contextual menu likely means you have the google plugins installed in the System and your User plugins folder. Just look in the following location /Library/Address Book Plug-Ins for System and your user folder and delete the set you no longer wish to keep, i.e. delete the set in your home folder if you want everyone using your mac to have access to these plugins or delete the ones in the System//Library/Address Book Plug-Ins location if you want these plugins activated only for your login.
