I am glad you have had a better experience than I had, however I stand by by comments and the rating. I actually never had to contact the developer before because prior to version 3, the software worked no problems. I upgraded to version three and the problems started. I left several emails, emailed the logs of the errors and NO RESPONSE. I just gave up at this point. I even tried leaving a message on the blog site at spanningsync.com. Maybe with this upgraded version the kinks have been worked out and the software works again, but as someone who paid for a lifetime subscription I was and am very dissapointed in the lack of response I got.
