Registration doesn't stick on 4.2 & Snow Leopard - DeaconMac

It has now been more than a week since I first emailed support about this problem and still no response. I also sent an additional email, both to the support address and to another email address they showed on their website. The second one bounced back; still no response to the others. And the annoying bogus "gotta register" messages are getting more frequent.
